Australian Grapefruit Bowl Recipe
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry
- mint leaves
- Cut grapefruit in halves and remove fruit sections with a knife or grapefruit spoon. The pulp only- no skins.
- Combine in a covered bowl with all of the other ingredients and chill at least two hours.
- Remove skins from grapefruit halves and use them as a serving bowl.
