Australian Grapefruit Bowl Recipe

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • mint leaves


  1. Cut grapefruit in halves and remove fruit sections with a knife or grapefruit spoon. The pulp only- no skins.
  2. Combine in a covered bowl with all of the other ingredients and chill at least two hours.
  3. Remove skins from grapefruit halves and use them as a serving bowl.
