Baked Grapefruit Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 4 teaspoons clear honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Halve grapefruits and remove pith with a knife.
  2. Loosen the sections.
  3. Pour some honey into the centre of each grapefruit. Alternately drizzle the top with honey or maple syrup.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.
